Biography

Philip Xiao is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder of Profex Inc, a China based specialty company focused on Dermatology, Medical Aesthetics, and premium skin health brands. Since founding the company in 2001, Philip has led Profex to become a leading partner for global innovators in Dermatology, building a portfolio through licensing, acquisitions, and development for the China market and broader Asia.

Prior to Profex, Philip served as Vice President, Board Director, and Senior Marketing Director for Bristol Myers Squibb China. He began his career with Merck and held leadership roles of increasing responsibility across the United States, Japan, and China.

Philip is trained as a medical doctor. He is passionate about advancing science based innovation in skin health, improving access to high quality Dermatology solutions in Asia, and contributing to a healthier and happier world.
