Biography

Michel founded Waldencast in 2019, the parent company of Obagi Medical and Milk Makeup, and has more than 25 years of FMCG operational expertise. He has successfully built billion-dollar brands and businesses across many geographies, first at Procter & Gamble and later at L’Oréal, where he served as CEO of L’Oréal UK and subsequently as President of the Consumer Product Division for North America.
