Biography

Mr. Lim See Wah is Chairman and CEO of Hyphens Pharma International Limited. He founded the company in 1998. Since then, the company has progressed to become a leading pharmaceutical & consumer healthcare group in Southeast Asia, and with a strong focus in dermatology.  Headquartered in Singapore, Hyphens operates directly in Malaysia, Vietnam, Philippines, and Indonesia, with expansion planned for Thailand and Cambodia. Under his leadership, Hyphens Group was successfully listed in 2018 on the Singapore Stock Exchange.

With more than 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Mr. Lim has a deep passion for advancing healthcare innovation, particularly in dermatology. Through his vision, Hyphens Pharma has built a strong portfolio of products, both through in-licensing as well as development in collaboration with leading research institutions, including the Skin Research Institute of Singapore A*STAR (Agency for Science, Technology and Research).

Mr. Lim graduated from the National University of Singapore in 1992 with a degree in B.Sc. (Pharm) Hons.  He has also completed executive management programs from Nanyang Technological University; UC-Berkeley; Stanford and Wharton Business School.
