Biography

Frank Fazio is a strategic executive with more than 30 years of diverse experience spanning the healthy aging, medical device, biotechnology, and pharmaceutical industries. He currently serves as Chief Executive Officer and Board Member of Amplifica, a biotechnology company dedicated to addressing the significant unmet needs associated with androgenetic alopecia—the most common form of hair loss in men and women worldwide.

Mr. Fazio brings extensive expertise in early- and late-stage clinical development, acquisition management, capital fundraising, and the successful transition of products to global commercialization. Prior to his role at Amplifica, Mr. Fazio was a key member of the leadership team at ZO Skin Health, Inc. and held several senior positions at INAMED Corporation prior to its integration into Allergan, Inc. Notably, he served as a core team member on the global development programs for Juvéderm® (hyaluronic acid dermal filler) and Dysport® (neuromodulator). Mr. Fazio earned his Bachelor of Science in Molecular and Cellular Biology from the University of Arizona.
