Biography

Carrie Strom is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Hugel Inc., a leading global medical aesthetics company. She assumed this role in October 2025 and brings more than two decades of experience shaping some of the most recognized brands in aesthetics and biopharma. Prior to joining Hugel, Carrie served as Senior Vice President of AbbVie and Global President of Allergan Aesthetics, where she led the organization for 11 years through significant growth and global expansion. She began her career at Pfizer, holding a variety of sales and marketing roles that built the foundation of her leadership trajectory.
