Biography

Mr. Gupta is a Partner of BVF Partners L.P. and member of the firm’s Investment Committee. Before joining BVF in 2015, Mr. Gupta was an investment banker in the global healthcare group at Barclays, where he focused on M&A, capital raises and client advisory in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors. He has previously served on the board of directors of Elektrofi Inc., Eledon Pharmaceuticals, and Ventus Therapeutics.   He holds a B.A. with honors in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
